I was pleased with the care our family received arranging my mom's funeral. My mom had a prepaid funeral policy at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, in Omro. However, all the details for the funeral and burial were decided on with their guidance. Ben and Kristin were respectful & professional and handled all the paperwork. The funeral was at mom's church in Omro. Kristin was patient and helpful with many questions and always quick to respond. I was impressed with how after carefully listening to our requests every effort was made to ensure we were happy. Details from using a particular hairdresser to coordinating transportation to and a priest for a graveside service at the cemetery in Milwaukee were taken care of. I have also received e-mails from Elizabeth since the funeral. She and Ben check-in to make sure were doing ok and have all the grief/heling resources we need.
